BCW Group has invested heavily in its technologies and infrastructure over the years and various projects are underway or planned for early 2009.
We have recently implemented the latest storage area network (SAN) architecture to ensure our IT infrastructure supports the continual growth of our company. In partnership with Arum Systems we have deployed DataEye™, an innovative new performance indicator monitor programme, to all call centre, public sector and trace agents to provide live statistics on their individual and team performances.
Our debt collection system, Caseflow, runs our entire debt collection process from new business to client reportage to managing payments. Provided by Fathom Technologies, the system is used by every department in BCW Group involved in debt collection and finance, allowing us to monitor closely the progress of each debt.
Linked in with both of these systems, our public sector field agents have the very latest hand held technology to prioritise, schedule and automatically update their visit programme. This has significantly reduced the time taken to update our collection and client systems, and therefore helped us further improve our collections performance.
