Innovations in approach to council tax recovery

Once non-payers are identified, our highly-trained debt recovery agents make personal contact to establish a repayment programme. This can involve assisting the individual to claim additional benefits to which they may be entitled, thus easing the repayment burden and reducing the risk of further default.
