Ireland - Technology and Approach

BCW Ireland has invested in industry-leading technology to maximise the efficiency of its collections operations. Following an introductory letter, we attempt telephone contact using a fully-automated predictive dialler, before utilising a multi-channel communications strategy.

Once contact is made, our ethos of bespoke debt recovery is unchanged - our collection agents attempt to assess customer’s circumstances and their reason for default in order to identify the most appropriate action. The collection agent also completes a full income and expenditure analysis with the customer over the phone in order to determine their disposable income and therefore the appropriate level of repayment.

To support the collections team, BCW Ireland’s systems produces in-depth real time data on collections, account activity and telephone productivity, allowing continual, up-to-the-minute monitoring of our performance, including collections data, account based activity data and telephone productivity data. In short, we always know exactly how we are performing on behalf of our clients.
