As an ethical and professional credit management organisation, we take our responsibilities very seriously. We have signed up to the requirements contained within the Credit Services Association code of conduct, which can be viewed here. We also adhere to the standards and guidance set out by the Office of Fair Trading and the Data Protection Agency.
BCW Group today announces that it has become the first company in the Credit Management Outsourcing and Debt Collection sectors to pass the strict independent audit on Outbound Compliance delivered by Ember Consultancy. The audit rigorously investigated all aspects of BCW Group’s outbound dialling practices, particularly concentrating on strict adherence to Ofcom regulation. BCW Group passed the audit comprehensively, and is pleased to record that Ember made specific note of BCW Group’s ‘effective use of advanced data management practices and well informed compliance team. Date: 24th January 2011
BCW Group holds full membership of credit management industry bodies CSA, DBSG, and ACA International.
We also hold an OFT Consumer Credit Licence (licence no. 603076) and are registered with the Data Protection Act (registration no. Z9810407).
We are ISO 9001:2008 and Investors In People accredited.
